It is very important that the window face of an envelope is clear, a "foggy" panel can cause problems with Australia Posts scanning equipment.

The Postage Paid imprint must be placed in the top right hand corner of the envelope, postcard or wrapper. The words POSTAGE PAID AUSTRALIA need to be in a rectangular box.
