MAP Coffee contracted DMC Advertising Group to conceive, design, develop, distribute and manage the fulfillment of a national cash back campaign to promote their coffee machines and coffee pods in order to increase sales, brand awareness and brand loyalty. To help celebrate Father's Day, customers are rewarded with up to $100 cash back when purchasing the specific range of coffee machines. As well as the online portal and back end fulfilment DMC also produced a complete range of Point of Sale material for in-store promotion, which were all allocated to retail giants, The Good Guys and Harvey Norman.
With great emphasis on communication across all stakeholders, it was highly important that tight deadlines were met. DMC were rewarded with the following comment:
